Cancellation Policy

Should you decide NOT to add Purchase Protection above, and need to cancel for any reason, cancellations will be subject to cancellation fees as follows:

Cancellations 8 weeks prior to the event will be subject to a 20% processing fee*
Cancellations 6 weeks prior to the event will be subject to a 30% processing fee*
Cancellations within the last 4 weeks prior to the event, NO REFUND be will be given*

*In the event that we have a waiting list and can fill your spot immediately upon your cancellation, we will be happy to give you a full refund regardless of when you cancel. Or if you are able to refer someone who registers and pays for a ticket, and you send me an email that we should be expecting their registration, we will give you a full refund regardless of when you cancel.
